• $3600 Early Termination Fee (if applicable upon early termination of lease agreement)

Utilities and other costs
• Water/Sewer/Trash: Billed on Tenant Ledger- Water is determined by Rio Rancho Water Utilities- Waste Management charge of $23/month
• Electric: Tenant responsible for setting up and payment through PNM
• Gas: Tenant responsible for setting up and payment through NM Gas
• HOA: • HOA Violation Fines (if applicable): Set by HOA paid by tenant via ledger entry of charges received
